- Summary: Ogden Golf and Country Club is one of the oldest Country Clubs west of the Mississippi. It opened in 1914. The course is a traditional tree-lined course that is always cared for immaculately. Over the years, Ogden Country Club has switched the nines several times. Currently the front nine is on the west side of Washington Blvd and the back has three holes west of Washington Blvd and the other six holes are on the east side of Washington Blvd which is accessed via a tunnel under one of Ogden's busiest roads. The debate on switching nines typically comes down to whether the members want their course to finish with a par three or not. The way it is set up right now, #18 is a par three.
- The course has hosted various important tournaments over the years including the Junior America's Cup in 2006. Team Utah that year consisted of two future PGA Tour players, Zac Blair and Tony Finau. Ogden Country Club also hosts the Utah State Amateur periodically. The course is also home to Weber State University's Men's and Women's Golf Teams.
- A membership at Ogden Country Club will cost you approximately $5,000 for the initiation fee and approximately $400 per month for dues and about $175 per quarter for food dues.

- An interesting historical piece from Ogden Country Club is that the original Washington Blvd used to go up the left side of hole #12. As you can see in the picture below, the old Washington Blvd was a beautiful tree-lined street.
Most fun hole: #13 - it's a little over 300 yards from the back tees, but it's guarded by large bunkers on the left and right side near the green, so if you go for it, your tee shot needs to be very accurate. Otherwise, you'll leave yourself with the dreaded 30-50 yard bunker shot, which makes it a good risk-reward hole.
One of the coolest tee boxes I've ever seen is at Ogden Country Club. It's on hole #17. They rarely if ever actually put the tee markers there, but it's back about 30 yards behind the normal tee box, and if you play from there (which I highly recommend), you have to hit a low tee shot off the par four, otherwise you'll hit the trees. Try it out, it's very unique! Picture below:
